Corks, Wine Bar and Bottle Shoppe located in the heart of downtown Medford next to the Ginger Rogers Craterian Theater and the Vogel Plaza at 235 Theater Alley. To contact, please call (541)245-1616 or just stop in to visit. Hours of enjoyment are from 1-8 pm Tuesday through Thursday, 1-10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, closed Sunday and Monday. Please inquire about extended hours for special events or private parties.
Focusing on quality boutique wines from around the Pacific Northwest, wine is available by the glass or bottle. Take advantage of our glass menu to enjoy a flight or if you prefer you can purchase any bottle in stock and we will be happy to pour for you. If you are looking for a bottle of wine for a special event or occasion, browse our bottle selection to take something home or gift certificates are available. Our focus is to provide a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where friends can meet and enjoy quality wine, beer and a light appetizer menu. When the weather permits, enjoy the outdoor seating that looks over the Vogel Plaza fountains.
Corks is a family owned and operated business. The owners, Fred & Carole Jennings just re-located to Medford from the Walla Walla Valley. Ken & Tracy Deal have lived in the Rogue Valley for many years. Trina Fender rounds out the ownership living and working in Portland. Trina contributes to the food and wine menu for Corks.
